Group discussion on the topic VALUE OF EDUCATION by the Students of Class VII, VIII & IX (Headed by Mr. Imran Hussain)

Education is one of the most valuable things in our day to day life. Education is “Enlightening the destiny in ulterior with care and tactician in ones nature”. It will not only help us to earn reputation and money in future but also to earn a good and respectful livelihood.  It enlightens our path towards positivity and helps to understand the society and its issues and helps to come out with an adoptable solution. It is also an asset to make one acquire strong character, developed in his path and turns a terminator to a tactician in the journey of life.

Annanya Bharadwaz -Class IX A

Group 1:

Education helps us to become a better human being and help us in every step of life. Education not only gives us knowledge but they also give us the respect that we deserve. Through education a person can give his/ her identity before the world.

Education is the biggest weapon through which we can change the society.  Through education we can acquire success. It is the pillar of success. It helps us to fulfill our dreams.Education is the only way to make a country developed both financially and economically. It improves our economic status.

To know the value of education we don’t need to become a scholar. A weak person also know the value of education.

Group Members: Hamid Akram, Kashyap Kalita, Prantik Paul,Risha Begum,Sampriti Priam Dutta, Samridhi Parasar,Sukanya Das

 Group 2:

Education,Education, Education…

This leads to all clarification.

Our life is hidden in this term

Where we are able to learn.

And to reach our destination,

We need education…!!!

Value of education is important in every sphere of our life.  It leads to the development of the mankind. Education helps us to know how different things are operated and it too helps in civilizing people. It opens up our mindset. For eg. Mahatma Gandhi being a scholar held the view that colonial education would create a sense of inferiority in the minds of Indians so he fought for the educational right of every Indians.

Education is the key to success and the future of the country. Now a days a new education system has been introduced which means that modern education including the study of English language literature is compulsory.

As it is rightly said that – “We can kill terrorists by gun but we cannot kill terrorism without education...”

Thus, education is important in every field of life.

Group members: Jyotishna Kashyap, Sania Hussain, Antarip Khatoniar, Sharmishtha Mukherjee, Bishnupriya Goswami, Subhrashu Baruah,Biplop Das,Sujit Yadav.

Group 3:

Firstly, by increasing literacy we can erase the social evils from the society. Secondly, by improvement in the science field we can make human life comfortable which is only possible through education. Thirdly, through education one can be aware of the frauds prevailing in the society. Fourthly it helps the society to improve literacy. Lastly we want to express something through a couple of quoted words which are as follows:-

Rightly said,

” Through guns we can kill terrorist but through education we can kill terrorism.”

“A pen is mightier than the Sword.”

Group Members:Arbee Kanj Baruah, Kuldeep Kakoti, Anish Khound, Asish Das, Partha Bora, Biraj Kr. Baruah, Achyut Saikia, Harsh Bagree

Group 4:

Education is the main source of our life. Without education our whole life is waste. In today’s generation we can’t do anything without education. We should get proper education to get benefit in our future. If we have the power of education we can distribute the knowledge to others.

Education is the pillar of success. Education helps us to become a good citizen and to become successful in any sphere. Learning literally means knowledge acquired by studying. With education everything is possible. Education gives us good manners. Good use of education is very essential in our life. Everyone needs education but some students are getting less education so we should feel privileged that our parents have sent us to a good school to learn good and interesting things.

Group members: Dhruv Sharma, Zubrian Shah Rahman, Bikram Jit Gogoi, Abhilash Borah, Mohammad Dadiya, Animesh Dutta & Sourav Agarwal. Class7B

Group 5:

Value of Education is important to become a good person in life. In today’s world education is very   important, without education we can’t get even a simple job. Education is important in our day to day life to achieve our goals. It is the most powerful weapon to change the world. From education we can learn many good things like politeness, honesty, etc. Our future is dependent on today’s education.

A country can be developed with proper educated people. Education is the central pillar of advanced world. In our country India, there are educated people but at the same time there are also some uneducated people. Our government has taken many steps to educate people. But still there are some places where girls are not allowed to study.

Due to today’s advanced technology, education is also provided through mobile phones. Without education this world is nothing. It is the key of success. We are very lucky to have all the facilities for proper education.

A TRIBUTE TO ALL THE TEACHERS

Today...... let us remember the amazing lines of Saint Kabir,

For all those teachers who paved the way for learning......

        He said,   गुरू गोविन्द दोऊ खड़े, काके लागूं पांय।
                       बलिहारी गुरू अपने गोविन्द दियो बताय।।

These lines of kabir are always motivational. Thanks to all those Teachers who gave us love of parents through Education.

Do you know...... Someone asked Kabir,

" If one side there is your God and other side you have your teacher, whom will you worship first, your guru or your creator?"

Kabir gave an inspirational reply, " I'll first touch the feet of my Teacher because my guru gave me the knowledge of my creator."

Truly, these great lines of Kabir makes us understand the value of our teachers, without whom we all are incomplete creatures.

Thanks to those respectful persons who polished the base of our lives,

Thanks teachers to give us all your time...

At last we hereby bow our heads and touch your feet,

If we have hurt you anyhow please forgive...

                                                                                                                                                           Shubhangi Sharma (IX - C)

Teacher's Day Speech

Teacher's Day is celebrated in India on the 5th of September every year. It is the birthday of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. This great son of India was an outstanding Scholar and Teacher.

Teachers are regarded as backbone of our society. They have the greatest contribution to build up the character of students and help them to become ideal citizen of the country. So this day is celebrated in order to pay respect to all the teachers of the country. Teachers are said to be the second parent of a child. They love the children as their own child. We owe them more than our parents.

Our parents bring us up, give us food for our survival but teachers arouse our hearts with light of knowledge and remove all sorts of ignorance. Teachers work hard day and night to bring out the students best. They unfold our hidden talents and creativity .

For me, Teachers are greater than God!!

                                                                                                                                               NIHARIKA BORAH (IX-B)
